Of Note: Clean Up Your Room Day, National Herb Week, "B" foods week (at our house)

Housekeeping: trash/recycling (boys), clean dining room, clean family room, start new file folder/start planning next week, organize coupons, peruse store flyers, start dinner menu for next week

Weather: heavy morning rain, mostly sunny afternoon, mid-60s

Dinner:

grilled turkey burgers on whole wheat rolls

salad toppings OR small salads

seasoned, roasted potato wedges

EB's freshly baked banana bread

Nature:

- The female hummingbird is now visiting the feeders (not the window feeder, but the one at the far end of the deck). And yet, she seems braver than the male - she stays and sips, whereas he flies off very quickly.

- Crackerjack watched (and lamented) the death of a cabbage butterfly by sparrow.

- Watched the catbird pair gather nesting materials.

Notes of the Day:

- Purchased fresh copy paper for the printer and a new (pink!) stapler for my desk.

- Began a donation bag for Saturday.

- Could not recycle paper (again) because it was raining (again).

Well I am a lucky girl because I have leftovers for dinner tonight...no stressing over dinner!! After a six month blog break, I decided to start a new blog. I think it is something that just gets into your blood!!lol...I have added your primary blog to my blog roll! I know my friends will enjoy visiting at your house!
