Red Tail Returns!

Earlier this evening, Bookworm called to us from the dining room ... "Everybody! Come now! Come quick! And come quiet!"
In our family we know what that means ... some new or neat creature has just been spied through the windows ...
Today's notable guest ~ the little red squirrel who lives in the woods, otherwise known as Red Tail. His visits are rare, but what fun he is to watch! He's quite feisty, and boy is he fast! Almost too fast for my camera. I couldn't resist posting this image, even though it is blurry.
A moment after this shot was taken, Red Tail was chased off by a larger gray squirrel (none other than Tough Nut himself).
We hope this cute little rascal stops by again soon!
