Evening Update

A final update before we close up shop. :)

I made notations with strike-thru's (meaning task completed) and colored text (for further explanation). (WIP) means "work in progress" and the --> symbol signifies a forwarded task.

I have to say, making this list really helped me see things through! Posting what I planned to do was just the push I needed to get (most of) it done. I admit, I really didn't feel like cleaning the bathroom at 4:30 today (my low energy time of the day) but in the end it didn't take all that long and I was very glad I got it done. (And now tomorrow I can just focus on the kitchen.)

And by the way, I will post recipes for the lemonade bread as well as the creamy apple squares asap (though probably in the morning). I'm just uploading pictures now. And I haven't forgotten that bulletin board picture! I added a new week-at-a-glance feature for the boys - and so far we like it!

Miscellaneous:

1. Hang Valentines flags.
2. Fill birdfeeders.
3. Call vet; arrange to pick up records.
4. Day-of-the-week chore: clean bathroom.
5. Fold laundry.
6. Start new journal; cover the front with pretty paper.
7. Catch up on e-mails. (WIP)
8. Let Sister M. know CJ won't be at CCD (sick).
9. Make lemonade bread.
10. Continue studying/tweaking housekeeping schedule. (WIP)

Meal Plan:

• Breakfast: pineapple tidbits, whole wheat english muffins with pb
• Lunch: cream cheese bagels, melon slices, pretzels
• Snack: lemonade bread, blood orange sections and decaf. tea I didn't get the bread made till after 4:00 so we'll have it tomorrow instead.
• Dinner: nitrate-free hot dogs, French fries, corn, creamy apple squares
