Did you see our Blue Jay pictures? My kids were so excited. Christopher got lots of fun things for his birtday along with 3 different feeders. We made one of the feeders this morning using a 2 liter bottle.
Our only problem is not having many trees to hang them from or the ones we do have, have branches to high which make it difficult for keeping the feeders filled. I think I might look into some of those shepherd hooks. Do you have any feeders hanging from shepherd hooks?

Guess I'm the only one commenting here lately. :o)
I wanted to let you know about a video we watched today. We will watch the last half tomorrow. It is called George Harrison's Birds of the Backyard - winter into spring. We inter-library loaned it and its a great video.
The kids and I are really enjoying it and I thought you might as well.
Other than the Blue Jay we had last Friday the only thing we've seen at our feeder has been a squirel. *smile* I know you have a fondness for them and we are developing one as well... but how do I attract them away from the feeders and in an area all their own?
Praying for your healing.
